You are cordially invited to the 1st International Symposium on Pelvic Surgery, Athens 3-6 March 2016. The programme covers Pelvic floor prolapse, urinary incontinence, faecal incontinence, rectovaginal fistulas, diverticular disease, sacral colpopexy, vesicoscopic surgery to remove mesh, rectal prolapse surgery, diverticular disease and probiotics, restorative proctocolectomy for ulcerative colitis. On the rectal cancer day we discuss advances such as transanal total mesolectal excision, endoscopic lymphadenectomy, TEMS, robotic versus laparoscopic anterior resection, cyberknife and others. There is a stellar international faculty.

There is also an advanced laparoscopic and transanal surgery wet lab.
THE MEETING IS ACCREDITED WITH 12 CPD POINTS BY THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF SURGEONS OF ENGLAND.

This is a £1000 bursary open to all members, fellows and affiliates of the college, from FY2 to ST8 level to allow a trainee to attend a college approved course.
