Gill inspires me with a no nonsense but extremely personable manner.
Measured and illuminating with drive and enthusiasm, Gill also often adds humour to meetings, which brings people together and breaks barriers.
To be able to be as successful as she is and be in positions of influence but still be approachable is what makes her outstanding.
Her emotional intelligence allows her to navigate obstacles with reason, without dismissing human nature, there is no pretence of being perfect!
